If you receive notice from your local postal carrier (Royal Mail, USPS, Australian Post) of a failed delivery attempt, please contact your local carrier. Your local carrier can assist you in scheduling a redelivery attempt or a pickup at your local carrier. Packages not claimed within 5 days are returned to the sender. If your package is not delivered and you have contacted your local carrier, please contact our support team. We will assist you in locating your package and scheduling a reshipment if necessary.

Our shipping time varies depending on your country-specific customs laws & procedures. The shipping time includes two delivery options:
- for Express delivery, it takes 7-10 business days for orders delivered to the USA, the UK, & Australia. Standard delivery to these countries takes 10-18 business days;
- orders delivered to other countries can use Express delivery which takes 10-21 business days or standard delivery which usually takes 10-30 days.
FYI: It’s very important to note that for every country, customs clearance is an obligatory procedure done for all the goods crossing a border between countries. Usually, goods clearance takes about 1-2 business days but sometimes, it may delay taking up to 7 business days. Due to this custom delay, you may experience an unexpected delay in receiving your items at the intended time.
As part of our e-pharmacy operation & customer-relation to ensure we serve you best, we take the necessary effort to ensure all parcels made from our drugstore pass through customs without issue (normally, 99.5% of our parcels go through the US, the UK, and Australia customs smoothly).
Take note that individual countries have different criteria in how they operate in customs with the goods they receive. It can be rare but in the unlikely event of your parcel gets lost or stuck at Customs for more than 2 weeks, we communicate with you and if the reason of your parcel being held is beyond our control, and upon your decision, we will either reship your parcel for free or give you a full refund if preferred.
If making bulk orders from our e-pharmacy, there is no need to worry about it being held at customs. We normally split bulk orders or those in large quantities (for example, an order of 500 pills) into several packages (we separate 300 tabs for each package) and ship them separately every 3-5 business days to avoid any issues at country-specific customs.
